His work with SEE International not only addresses direct service to the poor in need of surgery, but also provides education and training for International and American Surgeons who wish to provide cataract surgical care globally. Dr. Levenson’s TED Talk has been seen by thousands; he is tireless in his advocacy for the underserved who need surgical treatment.

He has coordinated the Gift of Sight program in Jacksonville for over 20 years, which provides free cataract surgery to blind and medically indigent patients.”
